1. Introduction and operator

These terms govern the use of the Gradus app during the closed beta. The app is operated by [DOPLNIT], company ID [DOPLNIT], registered at [DOPLNIT] ("we").

Gradus is a web app for people starting a business: milestones and tasks, deals, contacts, cold calling, a calendar, finances with invoices, workers and the AI assistant Jarvis. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Closed beta

The beta is closed: you can create an account only with an invitation from us or from the owner of the team you will work in.

Gradus is free during the beta. You pay nothing and nothing turns into a paid plan on its own. If we introduce paid plans after the beta, we will write to you first, and you will continue only if you want to.

3. Account

Your account is personal. Give true details, don't share your password, and tell us if you suspect someone else got into your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

An account owner can invite workers and choose which parts of the app they see. The owner is responsible for whom they give access.

4. No warranty

The beta is a trial version. We provide it as is, without any warranty of function, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The app will change often: we may add, change or remove features, also without prior notice. It may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance or an error.

5. Your data and backups

The data you put into the app is yours. We use it only to make the app work for you, as described in the privacy policy.

An error in the beta may lose or damage data. Back up what matters: you can download a copy of all your data at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy and data → Export my data.

If you put other people's personal data into the app (contacts, for example), you are responsible for having a legal basis for it. We process it for you only to make the app work.

6. Feedback

Testers help us improve the app: they report bugs, unclear places and ideas, ideally through "Report a problem" in the app. A report may contain technical details about the browser and a screenshot, if you attach one.

We may freely use feedback to improve Gradus, without any claim to a reward. Taking part in the beta is voluntary.

7. Rules of use

Use the app lawfully. In particular, don't use it to send unsolicited messages, to harass people or to process personal data without a legal basis.

Don't try to get around security, access other people's data, overload the app or scrape it automatically. If you break these rules, we may limit or end your access.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or other indirect damage caused by using the beta. This does not affect rights the law guarantees you and that cannot be limited.

Jarvis's recommendations and other output of artificial intelligence may be inaccurate. Decisions about your business are yours.

9. Closing your account and the end of the beta

You can close your account at any time yourself under Settings → Privacy and data → Delete account. This deletes all your data.

We may end or limit the beta. Where possible, we will tell you at least 14 days in advance so you can download your data. In case of a serious breach of these terms we may end access at once.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms during the beta. We will tell you about important changes by e-mail or in the app. If you don't agree with a change, you can close your account.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be decided by the competent courts of the Czech Republic; this does not affect the rights of consumers under the law of their country of residence.

A consumer may also use out-of-court dispute resolution with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
